Payment Policy

The full cost of your session is payable in advance of your appointment.  Bank transfer is the preferred payment with details listed on the invoice.

Cancellation Policy 

We understand that sometimes unforeseen events may prevent you from being able keep your appointment. We ask that you let us know at your earliest convivence if you need to reschedule so that we can offer the appointment to someone else in need. If you miss, cancel or reschedule the appointment with less than 24 hours notice you will incur 100% of the appointment fee. 

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your appointment, for example due to staff sickness, we will reschedule your appointment to a convenient time for you.
